USN Whey Protein Premium Strawberry Cream

The only whey protein you should be buying.This protein powder mixes very easily and the taste is bearable in small amounts when mixed with fruits.I like to mix the strawberry flavour with fresh strawberries,raspberries or blueberries and water.

The shake tastes like the strawberry McDonalds milkshake when made this way ,which is great as it satisfies our sugar cravings when cutting or trying to eat clean.
I would say this shake is best when served cold & blended vigorously with a normal shaker or blended for a thick shake.

The shake does help build muscle significantly and I've found it slightly reduces the impact of DOMS after a workout.

I bought this protein powder in Costco -£29.99 not including VAT for a 2.28kg tub which is good value.

My rating: 7/10 -can get sickly after a while but it can be avoided by adding different fruits to the shake.I still would recommend this product as the results when using this protein powder is noticable.
