Ripped in 30 days

Starting today I will be following a strict nutrition plan combined with a workout schedule in order to get ripped in 30 days .
At the moment my highest body fat percentage is around 24% (lower belly fat) and I burn around calories a day (as calculated by my polar watch)

24% body fat = 13.2kg =29.101 lbs
8% body fat = 4.4kg =9.70034
24% -8% =

19.40076 pounds to lose.

3,555= around 1 pound of fat.

20 x 3,555 = 71,100 calories.
71,100/3100 =22.935483871
At 23 days I should be almost at my goal.

I believe in the impossible ...
so I will keep you updated.
